Gail Marie Johnstone
Principal
Gail is the Principal of Turning Point Theatre Arts. She started her training in Lancaster, by attending dance lessons from the age of 4
Natasha Mitchell
Teacher Performer
Having trained under Miss Aveine Grey, Natasha is a fully qualified tap & modern teacher with the ISTD and a former British Ballet Organisation (BBO) pupil.
Ellie Briggs
Assistant Teacher
Miss Ellie completed her BA (Hons) degree with a First Class from Liverpool Media Academy (LMA) in Musical Theatre and has performed regularly onstage.
Holly Harrison
Teacher & Pro-Dancer/Choreographer
Holly has many career achievements, several dance titles/championships and has won many awards, including UK most talented circus artiste.
Michelle Stubbs
Teacher
Having trained locally Michelle went on to further her studies at the “London Studio Centre”. She is an advanced tap dancer and has also coached gymnastics.
Melinda Brookes
Administrator & Dance Teacher
Miss Melinda did full-time dance training at the Urdang College in London. She continued to dance throughout her career and is our “go to” head admin
Victoria Muncaster
Dance and Fitness Teacher
Miss Vicky trained at Turning Point Theatre Arts and graduated from Edge Hill University, specialising in movement and dance for disabilities.
Hattie Carr
Fitness coach/Assistant teacher
Miss Hattie trained at TP and continues to be a familiar and popular face on the circuit. Hattie has travelled to Paris and Los Angeles with the school.

Hayley Stubbs
Teacher & Pro-Dancer
Hayley trained at the school from the age of 2. Her vocational training was at Preston Dance College, where she won the title of student of the year.
Nina Martin
Teacher & Pro-Dancer
Nina trained at Turning Point Theatre Arts from the age of 3 years. She completed her degree in 2021 receiving a first class honours in professional dance.
Kathy Clarke
ISTD Teacher & Professional Dancer
Kathy is a fully qualified teacher of the ISTD modern theatre and tap faculty. She is training as a fitness instructor and is an active member of the TPTA team.
Laura Summers
Teacher & Pro-Dancer
Miss Laura commenced her training here at TP and achieved many awards. She was an Associate with SLP, Cecchetti and at the Hammond School.
Hattie Fraser-Gray

Miss Hattie FG regularly returns to TP to assist on our popular Holiday Clubs and to run a variety of workshops and masterclasses.
Harriet Johnstone
Teacher, Actress & Pro-Dancer
Miss Harry achieved many accolades and awards whilst training at TP. She was an Associate with SLP, Hammond and Cecchetti Juniors.
Anna Turner
Dance Teacher & Performer
After serving a successful apprenticeship as a Junior Associate at many vocational colleges, Anna studied vocational dance and theatre training.

Nathan graduated from TP, was awarded a scholarship from Andrew Lloyd Webber, continuing his professional vocational training at Phil Winston’s Stage Works
