Miss Laura commenced her training here at TP and achieved many awards. She was an Associate with SLP, Cecchetti and at the Hammond School. After completing her degree in Psychology from York University, where she ran the student dance society, Laura had a career in schools and the advisory services, until she changed her career path and followed her passion for dance and performing arts. She went on to qualify as a dance teacher with the IDTA and flew out to China, where she taught dance for several years. Laura returned to England and taught a stint at Pineapple Dance and Dance-works in London. She is an expert in street, hip hop and commercial dance. Laura now teaches performing arts in Manchester, works as an administrator for an established dance party firm and is a professional dancer with HJ Creative Entertainments, where she performs and tours on a regular basis. She is a familiar face and valued member of the TP faculty, returning when time allows to the TP family.
